Converting Grass to Ground Cover

I’ve been working on the landscaping in my backyard for a while now. I’ve gradually completed a bunch of improvements in the plantings, and I’m really happy with most of the results. One area that has been slightly frustrating is the area at the back of the property. There are several tall oak trees which create a shade canopy in that area, which causes the grass to grow very poorly. I’ve decided to remove the grass in that area altogether, and to replace it with a shade loving ground cover. I’ve been doing some research, and even though I’ve looked at many types of ground cover, I think I’m going to go with Pachysandra. There is already some of it on my property, and I think I may even be able to transplant some of it to the new area. A bed of Pachysandra in that area would be a huge improvement over the existing grass.

Start a Soap Business

You can start a soap business from home for just the barest of investment and not a lot of trouble or confusion. On the other hand if you think you need to spend piles of money and jump through all sorts of legal tangles and blockades you can do that too. It really just depends on how you want to go. If you really want to get going all you really have to do is start. Just make a few bars of soap and take them somewhere that people are gathered, like a local festival, and have a go at it. If you do not want to do that then likely you will not be able to move much soap in volume. Selling soap online is possible as well but get your fighting outfit on because there are so many people selling soap and in many cases for less than you may be able to make it for that getting into that will be a real learning experience and may cost you more than you can imagine in time and frustration if nothing else.
